Being asked to be a Bridesmaid or Maid of Honour is one of the best moments and highest honours between friends. We all love saying yes, and whilst it is a happy and exciting time, there is no denying that it can get stressful and a bit overwhelming.

We ease this stress for bridal parties by helping coordinate the perfect hens and bridal shower activities. From Bridal Brunches to international girls’ trips, we’ve got you sorted. Hen’s and Bridal Showers are becoming bigger and better, and a lot of our full-time working bridesmaids/Maid of Honours simply don’t have the time to coordinate these events while also supporting their loved-up couple.

We want Bride Tribes to be fully focused on their bride, rather than squabbling in group chats (we’ve heard the stories and diffused a few bombs) about the best colour palette, budget, or activities. And for our Brides to have their perfect pre-wedding events to celebrate this exciting time without compromise.

Packaged with Care:

Bridesmaid Proposals: $500
If you want to throw an elaborate Bridal Party proposal we’ve got you sorted. We’ll arrange catering or venue booking, decor and invitations.
For an extra fee we can also arrange personalised Bridesmaid proposal boxes/packages.

Hens or Bridal Showers:

One Day Affair: $600
Wanting to do a one-day hens or bridal shower? We can organise the venue, decor, invitations, catering and more. We’ll make sure no detail is left untouched and help you shower the bride with well wishes and fun before she walks down the aisle.
No theme is too OTT or simple (or silly), and every desire is possible for our Brides and their lovely Bridal Parties.

A Weekend Away: $600
Have a travel-obsessed Bride? Or just need a weekend away with the girls? We’ll take the stress out of your perfect getaway and organise your accommodation, craft the perfect itinerary, manage your catering and restaurant/activity bookings.
For an extra fee, we can organise personalised goodie bags, extra decor

Day-Of Coordinator: Variable
You organise the venue, decor, theme, invitations and food. We’ll take over all the organising a few days before the event, making sure all the vendors know who to contact on the day. We will organise the set up, pack down and all the details and running around in between to ensure you and the guest of honour enjoy the day, completely stress-free.

Big Bridal Bash: Variable
This one is for the Brides or Maid of Honours who want to have everything organised for them - Hens, Bridal Shower, and any other pre-wedding events. We can organise them all, start to finish, from a mood board to the IG grid. This is about as relaxed as a Bridal Party can get while delivering

Social Superstar: $650 (or bundle it up for a great discount!)
We get it, you want great content for socials but you don’t want to be attached to your phone while you're partying, or worse, miss the party in pursuit of the perfect reel.
Our team will capture behind-the-scenes pics and footage from your event (for a period of time you specify), create a reel you can post as soon as the event is over or during the event if that’s your style, and provide you with 4 edited and ready to publish reels within 24 hours of your events, as well as a selection of candid pics.
